Down with the Brown... : Mario Thompson

What I like most about downtown Chicago is that there is always something going on. Just the other day I saw a man try to steal from a restaurant and flip a bunch of tables and condiments when he got caught. SO EXCITING! I also like the atmosphere of downtown. The smell doesn’t really bother me because I’m probably used to it, and I think it’s funny how close the pigeons will get to a person. I also like that there are so many different restaurants downtown. My favorite so far has been a vegetarian restaurant I found right down the street from Columbia. One thing that I have never liked about Chicago is how cold it gets in the winter time. I HATE SNOW! I can’t say I’m not used to it though because I did grow up in Milwaukee which is actually a lot colder than Chicago. I like being downtown but when I hang out with friends I mostly chill at one of our houses or at a party or something of that sort. I have hung out downtown a few times but it’s not really a place I want to be all the time.
