STAND OUT!!! BE PROUD

Breje

Question#1:

My relationship with water is that I drink it, I shower in it, I cook with and I use it for watercolor paint.  It’s important to me because without water, how can we bath? How can we cook? How can we hydrate our bodies? Answer is you can’t because without water we can’t do any of those things. I do worry about the future of drinking water, because water comes from the river that is clean but if you take it out of the river and place it in a bottle your contaminating purified water by placing chemicals and getting rid of the minerals. But, drinking bottle water is like drinking regular water. Being half native, my family believes in many things. Water essentially represents healing, serenity and peace according to my Cherokee tribe. It means washing away something from the past and purifying it. I love the rain. And personally every time it begins to rain, I would look at out my window and watch every drip fall from the sky as if the clouds are shedding tears.

Question#2:

I have no doubt of getting accepted in Columbia, because I know that I’m going to get there if I work hard and believe. Many students here are artsy, creative, aspiring, fun and unique individuals. But, one way that I would stand out from Columbia students would have to be not only through music, dance and art. I would stand out with my own sense of unique style, I love fashion always have at a young age, I love to dress up if I’m going somewhere it makes me feel confident.
