Question
#1:
An example of a meaning song to me is, a song with heart
meaning that someone actually took the time and developed a song putting their
heart in it. In relation to a personal experience. One of my favorite songs is
this artist named Niki Flores, you probably have never heard of her, Right? The
song is called Erase You, and what is so significant about the song is that I
can relate to it, she talks about how she went through a relationship and
wasted time the guy she was with ended up hurting her by cheating. Another
example of an artist that I love is my personal favorite Aaliyah, Aaliyah her
death was a tragedy but her music, fashion and legacy will live on forever. I
love all of her songs her music was not talking about stupid stuff like sex,
money or drugs. That’s not what music is
in my perspective; music is supposed to connect to you, reflect on you as an
individual and tells a story. But Aaliyah’s music was REAL! And by real I mean talking
about things going on in the world, or how she felt. When listening to her
music I felt her emotion that’s how deep her lyrics were. I loved her song “Journey
to the Past,” it talks about looking inside yourself and find something
rewarding even though you sometimes things fall out of place, you can always
fix it. And lastly, my favorite rapper would have to be Eminem. Even though
Eminem is Crazy and just awesome his music is insane in my opinion he is the
best. Because he also writes lyrics based on personal experience, such as his
daughter, equality and current events. All of these artists to me are great
they are alike in ways, but each has their own different sound. These two
artists inspire me to write meaningful lyrics, they inspire me to be the best I
can be and to reach my dreams.
Question
#2:
If I had the opportunity to start my career would I still
attend College? Yes, I would still go to College because even though I would
start my career you get necessarily guarantee you will get a job. Not all T.V
reporters, actresses or models get jobs. Something’s are just given to people
through connections and others have to work for it. So, my answer would definitely be yes! Because
even though you go entering your profession you should have schooling, I mean I
don’t want to be a Bubble brain. Even though it would be a lot of work to go to
college and focus on my career it would be hard but I think I can manage.
