Downtown/Outside School Devay Myatt

Outside of school

When I’m outside of school I do a lot of different things. I go shopping and do a lot of things that has to deal with music. When I’m outside of school there is just so much stuff to do and take advantage of. Usually I stay at the mall or hang out with friends. When I’m back at home in Michigan I hang out a lot and go out to eat with friends, concerts and more.

Getting older I didn’t really have too much time for all that anymore. Now I do a lot of traveling on the weekends and deal with lots of music things. I am in two bands so I’m always involved in music related things. We always have concerts and do concerts out of states. If I am not with my crew that I hang with or with my band I’m in the studio somewhere. I like being in the studio because of course its fun and I get a lot of work done. I can stay in the studio for hours and just make music and just enjoy myself there. The studio is like another home away from home. Why do I do most of these things? Well I do a lot of these actions because I have a really strong passion on what I do and love which is music. I do all of these things to better myself in the music world and explore and learn more. Now that I’m in school there’s not too much of any of these activities going on, but when I get a break it will all start over again.

Downtown Chi-Town

When I am downtown Chicago I always think like wow! There is just so much to do down here all at the same time. When I’m downtown I like just to walk around and explore different things that I wouldn’t normally see in Michigan where I’m from. What I like the most about the downtown Chicago is that there are lots and lots of eating and shopping places. What I dislike the most about downtown is that there is just so many people that you have to be careful at all times. In Michigan there is never that many people walking all at the same time EVERY SINGLE DAY! It’s just always crowded in downtown Chicago never any breaks it’s the fast life.

I don’t really do too much hanging downtown but whenever I do hang with friends it’s always at some place to eat which I don’t mind because I love eating. Outside of the eating we would probably hang out at some mall or store and shop around a little and just walk downtown and enjoy the many different views.

I haven’t really smelled too much of the sewage smell but I’m pretty sure that it isn’t a nice and good smell. The most I hate about this city is them dang o birds them things are nasty. I dislike the birds because they just act like they don’t care they fly all over your head and over your food when your outside and it bothers me. We went to potbelly like last week me, Kiki, Tre, Bri, and I think that’s it but it was about 50 birds that kept coming up to us and it was the most annoying think I feel I have ever felt in my life. I’m not a big fan of this weather here it’s like the weather is bipolar or something always changing I just don’t get it. In Michigan it’s the same way but know near as cold as it is here. Two weeks ago it was nice sunny and hot now is all dim dark and rainy and cold.
