FOOOOOOOOOD FIGHTTTTTTTTT! -Zullay Orozco

My most memorable experience would have to be Prom. It’s the one day where you can wear a nice long dress and heels and still not look too dressed up. Having a date and trading corsages, it seemed like a fairy tale. That day was so fun. I was so tired at the end though. I think I pretty much danced all night. It was a little sad though, everyone from my class together for a last time before graduation. Taking pictures with everyone for a last time and everyone ACTUALLY getting along. I think I could remember this night forever.

Another memorable experience I had in high school was probably when my class decided to have a food fight in my lunch period. I remember it was sophomore year, and it was the sophomore’s idea to make a Facebook page and “invite” people to the food fight happening in 6th period lunch. There were mostly sophomores in that period so they decided to make the fight then. Somehow the faculty got word that there would be a food fight. Probably some little snitch who was scared or something. I don’t know. Anyways, there were so many security guards in that lunch period that day just waiting for something to happen. There are usually just two security guards in the lunchroom and the lunch ladies, but this time there were about 5 security guards in the lunch room and two others outside of the lunchroom waiting for it to happen. We all thought that since there was faculty watching, No one would start it. We were halfway through the lunch period when someone just threw an orange out of nowhere and it fell into someone’s bowl of food. And the food splattered all over his face and shirt. Right then everyone looked around and about ten more people got up and just started throwing food at everyone. It was so crazy but so great! I had never been a part of a real food fight and it was happening! Of course I didn’t take part in it cause I was wearing nice clothes (OF COURSE) so I immediately got under the table and just watched from there and took pictures HA! After like 10 minutes it ended and there were some fights between students and faculty, LUNCH TRAYS were being thrown, and teachers on the same floor teaching classes even came out of their classrooms to help. Some students did get in trouble but they all just sent us into the auditorium and we waited in there until our next class. I’d have to say it was pretty EPIC. But I still got apple sauce on my sweater L
