What is a Dream? -Zullay

I have always been fascinated with dreams. I think when you dream something it either has something to do with what you want to happen, what may happen in the future, or something that can be interpreted into something else. Dreaming certain things is hard to interpret because it can mean so many things. I think people who interpret dreams do have some idea of what they are saying about the dream but may not always know exactly what a person’s dream meant.

I once had a weird dream. I was about 10 years old. That night I was sleeping with my mom. I don’t remember most of it but I do remember that I dreamt a lady in a light blue dress with dark brown wavy hair and wings was calling me from a distance telling me to move the night stand next to my mom’s bed so that she could open the glass door. Everything about her was so peaceful and it seemed right so I got up and moved the desk. I remember moving the desk in my dream but I don’t remember ever getting up and actually moving the desk. I WAS SLEEP-WALKING! The weird thing about it was that my mom never woke up either! And my mom is a very light sleeper. Right when I moved the desk in my sleep I woke up and found myself standing next to the desk. For some reason I got the chills and I was a little afraid as to why I was standing there, so I went to bed again. The next morning my mom woke up and asked me why the desk was moved so far from the bed and when I told her that a lady in a blue dress with wings told me to move it, she was stunned.

I never really know how to interpret that dream because knew why the lady wanted me to move night stand in the first place. Why did she need to get in and who was she? My mom thinks it was an angel.
Here are some common dream interpretations:

Animals often represent the part of your psyche that feels connected to nature and survival. Being chased by a predator suggests you're holding back repressed emotions like fear or aggression.

Babies can symbolize a literal desire to produce offspring, or your own vulnerability or need to feel loved. They can also signify a new start.

Being chased is one of the most common dream symbols in all cultures. It means you are feeling threatened, so reflect on who is chasing you (they may also be symbolic) and why they are a possible threat in real life.

Exams can signify self-evaluation, with the content of the exam reflecting the part of your personality or life under inspection.

Death of a friend or loved one represents change (endings and new beginnings) and is not a paranormal prediction of any kind. If you are recently bereaved, it may be an attempt to come to terms with the event.

Falling is a common dream symbol that relates to our anxieties about letting go, losing control over a situation, or somehow failing after a success.
