My name is Madeline Alice Stack. Most people call me Maddie, a good
amount of people call me Saddy. I'm eighteen years old and I live in the
western suburbs.
I'm originally from Beverly, the south side of
Chicago. I'm one hundred percent Irish and very proud of my family and
where I come from. I almost take too much pride in the fact that I'm
Irish. It's probably really annoying for most people that I constantly
remind them of this, but I’m sure you’ll get used to it.
There are
probably a lot of things about me you’ll have to get used to. I’m a
pretty annoying human being. I’m very hyper. So watch out.
I’m at
Columbia because I am head over heels in love with television production
and everything surrounding it. I’ve been participating in the
television production club at my high school for three years, and it is
the light of my life. If I were to have children, it would be television
production.
My religion is called Bill Allanism. Just kidding,
that’s a person. I’m catholic. Bill Allan is the man I owe everything
to. He taught me everything I know in the line of television and film.
He didn’t just suggest I participate in the club, he basically held me
at gun point. Again, that’s a lie, but you get the point. He kicked my
butt into shape and made sure I got to where I am. If it wasn’t for him,
I know I wouldn’t be at Columbia right now, experiencing and using this
school as a key to what I really want to achieve in life.
I may be
small, but don’t let that fool you. I’m a young, strong woman who knows
what she wants. I am determined to be the best. So, Columbia, watch out.
Here comes Saddy.
