Ryan Errant

My first expectation of what Columbia’s Bridge Program was going to be like was that it was going to be like every other summer school class I’ve been in. Long, boring, stressful, just all around awful. And to add to it, I missed the first day so I thought I was going to be really far behind on homework and class work too. But since I walked in, I felt a lot more comfortable and at ease. Although I thought it was going to be exactly like summer school, I also remembered its Columbia, and what other school is like Columbia? So that helped me relax and rethink how it was going to be. Hopefully the class is at least a little challenging and that I learn what I need to learn in order to become a student here. I am more confident and dedicated to passing this class than any other class I've taken in my life. I mean, I’m missing a family cruise for this class so that shows it right there. I plan on showing up early to every class, and have every homework assignment due that day completed to the best of my ability.
