Ryan Errant Blog Post #5 Fav Band

I have a favorite band that I listen to every time I work, do any kind of chore, homework, just to make it go by faster and put my all into it. This band is called Memphis May Fire. Yes, they’re a pretty hardcore band that likes to be loud, but it’s not about just the sound of what comes out of your speakers or just how they look on stage playing their instruments. They sing about standing out and being yourself. To be everything you can be without letting anyone tell you, not to do something you want to do, or that you can’t do it. One of the lines from they’re song called “Legacy” off their album Challenger is “stop blending in, start speaking out. Don’t miss your opportunity” Their music speaks to me mentally, emotionally, and physically. When I’m creating something new, it’s great to be unique and make it your own. No one should ever be afraid to express themselves through their art work. Or in that case anywhere possible. It’s also nice to have music to listen to if you’re going through a hard time in your life, or if you’re stressed out. Music can just about help you in every situation possible. Whether it be going through a bad break up, or just doing stuff around the house, music can help out a lot. My whole life has been about music so it’s a big impact on my life and how I improve myself.
