The environment is
something that is very important to me. I feel that we get so much out of the
earth, such as fossil fuels and food; so why don’t we take better care of it?
It make sense to me that someone would do their best to preserve something they
rely so much on, so doesn’t this apply to the earth too? Not everyone has to be obsessed with taking
care of our planet like some people, but I do believe that everyone can do
their part because we all share this planet. For example, one thing everyone
can do is recycle. Also, people can be less wasteful when it comes to fuel,
water, and oil. If everyone did just these simple things, I’m sure the outcome
would be very beneficial. I consider taking care of the earth a main priority,
but I do not take it to the extent of some people who are more serious about it
than I am. Something that I always think about is that people will not care
about taking good care of the earth until it is too late. This means no one
will care about the preservation of our planet until we don’t have one anymore.
There are a few people out there who are dedicated to keeping the earth clean
and healthy, but this is nowhere near enough. Everyone can do something no
matter how big or small, as long as you are doing something to change your habits
of littering or leaving your water running, we can all benefit from it.
